From April 19th to 28th 2021, ZD has attended the Shanghai Automobile Industry Exhibition – Auto Shanghai as an exhibitor. Auto Shanghai is one of the most important trade fairs for the automotive industry in Asia. In this year, more than 800 thousand visitors from China and abroad has attended. With a total exhibition area of 360,000 square metres, the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Shanghai is home to more than 1,000 exhibitors, including traditional vehicle manufacturers, new car-building forces and suppliers. To fully “embrace change” – the theme of the exhibition, Auto Shanghai provides a special exhibition area named “Future of Mobility – Automotive Technology and Supply Chain” showing the cutting-edge technologies and products in the automotive sector and create a platform for experts to discuss the future trends and innovations.

As one of our most important test benches, we have recently worked on a new generation of the Individual-Line, which is popular with our customers due to its high flexibility and user-friendliness.

In addition to our test benches, we are also constantly working on our general hardware portfolio. Our latest innovation is the ZD-Shifter SU12. Here we explain what a level shifter actually is and how the ZD-Shifter SU12 becomes the ideal interface between datalogger, laptop and test setup or vehicle.

Today we can finally publish our biggest and most important announcement so far – Together with TUM International GmbH we are founding an innovation centre in the Jiangning Development Zone Nanjing! Now that Ms Hettinger and Mr Zhou have signed the founding contract, we want to explain how we will shape the future there, how we can bring science and industry together and why we are so proud of the cooperation.
