Cockpit Full-Function Test Bench

The Car2X full-function test bench for connected vehicles is a custom bench developed for automotive connectivity testing. It supports tests such as keyless entry, central locking, charging status, vehicle status, air conditioning and fuel level. Equipped with the corresponding ZD adapters, ZD Box 2i and a signal generator, it also enables Connect App phone-side testing, and supports simulated operations including opening windows, doors, hood and tailgate, as well as central locking and driving-speed adjustment.

Verifying connectivity functions requires a complete vehicle-state environment. The full-function bench can simulate changes in door, window, fuel/battery level and other states, validating the full chain of Car2X functions such as remote lock/unlock, remote climate control and emergency call, and supports Connect App phone-side testing.
